WALLS:

Our kick proof wall design offers the best warranty. Using 3/4" arc grade plywood with 3M glue to laminate each side. 26 gauge galvanized, textured, or painted sheet on inside/outside walls. After curing, a 50,000 psi 14 gauge roll form channel is framed around each 4’ x 8’ or panel wall. This offers the best in kick resistence in the industry. Limited time warranty on a horse kicking through one of our walls.

ROOF SUPPORTS:

- Trusses are welded 2"x2" square tube. (Free span)

- 2ft x 6ft rectangle

- extra steel - extra strength (no open rolled forms used)

ZEE or CEE purlings are engineered to support roof - snow load design when required

ROOF PANELING: PBR 7.2

-Architectual formed panels & profiles. PBR or 7.2

-Non-leak design.

Finish: Galvalume or baked on paint - 20 yr limited warranty from Mfg. Available in various colors

WINDOWS:

Raised center aisle roof line is 18 inches above the lower gable roof line. This give you approx. 50% more ventilation and light than standard gable roofs. Adding our aluminum framed 18" x 45" windows with standard with sliding window pain and screen. Can be open during summer and closed during winter.
